Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Center Stage Home Design LLC ("Center Stage," "we," "us"), 3115 T Avenue, Suite C, Anacortes, Washington 98221. They apply to your use of shop.centerstagehomedesign.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Purchases are for personal, residential use. Orders intended for resale, or business, commercial, rental, or staging use, may be cancelled unless arranged with us in writing, and manufacturer warranties may not cover commercial use.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the item ships or when we send a confirmation that expressly accepts it — an automatic order-received email is not acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order or quantity for any reason, including product availability, errors in price or description, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or an order placed by a reseller. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund the charge in full.

3. Prices, errors, and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We work hard to keep information accurate, but errors in pricing, descriptions, images, availability, or lead times can happen — including errors in information supplied to us by manufacturers. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel orders affected by an error, even after an order confirmation has been sent. Products may be discontinued or sell out without notice. Promotions apply only as stated, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Taxes and payment

We collect sales tax where required by law, calculated on your delivery address. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the order total, including taxes and any applicable delivery fees.

5. Product information, images, and dimensions

Product information is provided by manufacturers and is believed accurate but is not guaranteed. Dimensions are approximate (typically within 1–2 inches).
Colors, finishes, and textures vary between screens and in different light. Natural materials (wood, stone, marble, leather, linen, rattan) vary from piece to piece and from the photos.
Styling items shown in photos (pillows, throws, decor, lamps, rugs, accessories) are not included unless listed in the product description.
Some room scenes and lifestyle images on this Site are digitally created or AI-generated for inspiration. Product listings describe the actual item you'll receive.
Any design or styling advice we give is a suggestion only; final selection, measurement, and fit are your responsibility.

6. Shipping, risk of loss, and returns

Delivery, inspection, damage reporting, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided, or upon pickup.

7. Assembly, use, and safety

You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, and use of every product, following the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. Tall or heavy furniture — including dressers, chests, bookcases, cabinets, wardrobes, TV stands and mirrors — can tip over and cause serious injury or death. Always secure these items to the wall with appropriate anti-tip hardware, and never place a television on furniture not designed for it. Electrical and lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician where required. Outdoor products should be used only as directed. We are not responsible for injury or damage arising from improper assembly, installation, anchoring, misuse, alteration, or failure to follow instructions and warnings. 8. Warranties

Products are covered only by any written warranty the manufacturer provides, and we'll help you make a claim. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Center Stage itself makes no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and the Site is provided "as is." Some states don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you; in that case, any implied warranty is limited to the shortest period allowed by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Center Stage and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost use, or delay damages, arising out of or relating to the Site, any product, delivery, or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our own negligence.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Center Stage from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of a product or the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

11. Disputes, governing law, and venue

Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly that way. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (without regard to conflict-of-law rules), and any claim must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Skagit County, Washington, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. You and we agree that any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, unless the law requires a longer period.

12. Your account and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy content, or to submit false orders or information.

13. Intellectual property

Site content — including our photography, styling, text, logos, and design — belongs to Center Stage or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners.

14. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or idea, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove submissions at our discretion.

15. Third-party services and links

Payments, shipping, and some Site features are provided by third parties (including Shopify and carriers) under their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Events beyond our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturer or carrier delays, supply shortages, natural disasters, severe weather, ferry or road closures, labor disputes, pandemics, government action, or utility and internet outages.

17. California Proposition 65

WARNING: Some products sold on this Site can expose you to chemicals, including formaldehyde, lead, and di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. 18. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version; changes won't apply to orders already accepted. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver.
