Refund policy

Because most of our furniture is made to order, all sales are final once your order is confirmed and placed with the manufacturer. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.

Damaged on arrival: inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Note any damage with our delivery team before they leave, or contact us within 48 hours at support@centerstagehomedesign.com with photographs. We will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Manufacturer defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we'll handle the claim on your behalf.
