| Where we ship | Furniture and decor: free curbside shipping to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 + D.C.) only — no Alaska, Hawaii, territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders. Villa bedding and pillows: made to order and shipped from our Anacortes studio to any U.S. address, including Alaska, Hawaii, territories and APO/FPO/DPO, at the flat rate shown at checkout. No international shipping. |

| When it ships | In-stock: usually 3–7 business days. Made-to-order (including Villa bedding and pillows, typically 10–14 business days) and backorders: estimate shown on the product page or confirmation email. |
| Transit | Parcel 3–10 business days; freight 7–15 business days after shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses can take longer. Estimates, not guarantees. |
| Delivery day | An adult must be present for freight. Inspect before signing; note any damage on the receipt and photograph it. |
| Report damage | Within 48 hours of delivery (5 days for concealed damage), with photos. Keep the packaging. |
| Returns | Request within 30 days of delivery. Unused, complete, original packaging. Return Authorization required. |
| Return costs | No restocking fee. You pay return freight; on free-shipping orders the outbound shipping we paid is deducted on change-of-mind returns. |
| Not returnable | Made-to-order/custom, Final Sale, floor models, opened mattresses and bed pillows, used bedding, installed lighting, services and rentals. |
| Cancellations | Free within 24 hours. After that, only if not yet shipped or in production; manufacturer fees may apply. |

| Warranty | Manufacturer's warranty only; we help you file claims. |
